Centro de Servicios Alcántara has been dedicated to Property Management since 1984, being this activity the most important line of work, although we also provide other services such as insurance management, income tax declarations for non-residents and advice on property management.

The company is managed by P.Michelle van Gaalen, a chartered Property Administrator with extensive experience in the sector, and has a team with extensive experience and training in the administration, accounting and insurance departments. At CSA we speak, apart from Spanish, English, German, Dutch and French.
